Eliomar de Lima Nunes is a theologian, pastor, and family therapist. He is married to Maria do Socorro, his life and ministry companion.
Son of Heliomar and Josirene, he grew up in the interior of Paraíba in a household of seven children, where the Bible was read at the table. He converted in 1983 in Campina Grande, graduated from Rhema Brasil, and pastored the Igreja Verbo da Vida in Aracaju, Sergipe, before being called to the South.
In January 2001, the couple arrived in Pelotas from Aracaju, more than 3,000 kilometers away, with their family and a few brothers: nine people in total, certain that God had called them to the South. From that small beginning the Igreja Bíblica da Restauração em Cristo, the IBRC, was born, which he has pastored for over 25 years. The CTBR, founded by him in 2003, has trained hundreds for ministry.
Graduated from Rhema Brasil, pastor by vocation and radio host by passion, he is known for direct preaching, open‑handed Scripture, and no beating around the bush. And for a topic he never tires of: Jesus Christ, the only One.

Birth

One night of worship in Campina Grande, Paraíba, he gave his life to Jesus.

He married Maria do Socorro, his life and ministry companion. The couple has four children and three granddaughters.

He met Pastor Bud, a meeting that marked his walk in ministry.

Rhema Brasil
He graduated from Rhema Brazil, then called Centro de Treinamento Bíblico Verbo da Vida.

1998
Verbo da Vida, Aracaju
He went to Aracaju, Sergipe, to found the Verbo da Vida Church. He took over work already started, continued it and established the church.

2001
The call to Pelotas
With his wife, family and a few brothers, nine people in total, he left Aracaju to begin a work in Pelotas, Rio Grande do Sul. There the Igreja Bíblica da Restauração em Cristo, the IBRC, was born.

He founded the CTBR, which has already trained hundreds of people for ministry.
